/biz/ please provide me with some advice. I got memed into software dev years back when looking for a career and got into a comp sci degree. I found a job after a year and a bit of searching after graduating university. The reason it probably took so long was because I was a 50% student, as in everything I just barely passed and I think employers saw this and kept turning me away. I've been struggling at my dev job, been in the position for 4 years and I have not improved at all and struggling to keep up with the rest of my team despite spending more hours trying to figure shit out. In those 4 years I could always bullshit something out because I had more experienced tech leads and senior devs handholding me through problems but finally the farce is coming to an end, they are trying to let me do things on my own and I can't figure shit out. I need to find something to transfer out to that isn't as difficult even if it earns less. What are my options from here?
