We cannot take any of this for granted. Markets—and technology—are always changing. Our rules
have to change along with them. In my current role as a professor at MIT, I research and teach on
the intersection of technology and finance. I believe financial technology can be a powerful force
for good—but only if we continue to harness the core values of the SEC in service of investors,
issuers, and the public.

there will be a settlement and then XRP will be declared a currency and regulatory clarity will have been achieved and institutional money will flood into the market and and and we'll be rich. that's what's going to happen i'm sure of it.

You've seen the news story that's absolutely everywhere today about Gates buying 242k acres of farm land- you don't think that was intentionally placed in news outlets to inspire a certain reaction from people? I see it, man, I see the connections, I see the pieces falling into place, I have been seeing these pieces for at least the last 7 years since I started down this rabbit hole involuntarily when some shit happened to me I still can't entirely explain- but, until we get confirmation, it is safer and better and more useful to keep a healthy skepticism. Never drink the kool-aid, and always be able to laugh at yourself and at the absurdity of life. Because, come on, this is nothing if not absurd, this whole situation.
