Bought the crashes on 4 companies on the beginning of the week, as of today:
BBCP -> taking -11%, will sell in one month if doesn't go back up, stoploss at -20%)

CBLI -> -16% don't know why the fuck I bought this shit, will sell in one month if it doesn't recover, stoploss also at -20%

EVER -> sold yesterday after it reached +10%

HRTX -> sold yesterday after it reached +16%

Bought IPWR yesterday on hope of a long hold, I find the technology really interesting, but I don't know how viable it will be.

Waiting for AVTX to drop below 6€ to buy back in (previously bought at 4€ and sold at 6.4€ after an year).

Goddamn are rentcucks stupid. The bank doesn't take control of the property unless he defaults. It's completely different than a landlord/tenant arrangement. He doesn't have to get rent amounts, tenants, leases, or property improvements approved by the bank before moving forward because he's the owner. What part of landLORD do you not understand?
