Got about 20k LINKs as well. I was waiting for that $25 price point to sell about 2k LINKs so I could move out. That never came. I didn't see any mania signs as well and with the smartcon coming up I thought surely $20 isn't the top since we crabbed at $5 for so long. On the chart there wasn't any volume spike like last year july so I thought it wasnt "it". I had already everything planned out on an excel sheet, all the percentages for living expenses etc. Just needed to hit that $25 target to finally pull the trigger so I could move out and live an independent life with full control for a year, but still hold 18k LINKs. God I wish there were more clearer signals of a top. There were no crazy wicks or 30% back to back pumps at ATH like last year. It was just crabbing upwards. Since I'm in uni, I'll just focus on that for now and hopefully LINK recovers to $20 in the next 4 months. I mean cmon even XRP is still at $10bn market cap.

I went from being 100% Link since October 2017 to 95% these past few weeks.

I now have 1000 Polkadot and 50k RLC. Might dump the RLC back into Link if it pumps before Link pumps back to ATH.

Personally I hold 10k LINKs on Coinbase, 3.4k LINKs on Aave through MetaMask using LINK as collateral to borrow USD to buy LP share and finally about 5.5k LINKs on Binance to use as collateral to buy more LINKs(did this at 46k sats, 60k sats and 80k sats). I'm most worried about Aave/Metamask since if my PC gets keylogged, it's bye bye to my Metamask although I think they would need to get remote access to my PC and open up the browser to use Metamask. Coinbase seems to me like the most secure one even though oldfags here will say that MtGox can happen anytime or that Coinbase will just one day decide to steal your linkies, but they are wayy too regulated to do any of that. MtGox was a different kind of exchange compared to what Coinbase is now. Binance is a bit worrying, but they are pretty big now so I doubt they are gonna do anything shady to destroy their reputation.

I'm in Estonia. Afaik the capital gains tax or whatever it's called when you buy and sell stocks is around 20%. That includes crypto. However for dividends it's like about 10% I think. Since we have no taxes on company's revenue(meaning only the divs to the shareholders are taxed), I think I might be able to setup some meme company, transfer my LINK to the company name and then I could buy property without paying tax and maybe buy a company car without paying tax. Idk I have to do more research, but I think it works this way.
