Hi anons, I have recently purchased my first property and am therefore ending my rent on my current property.

The question is thus: If my rent is paid on the 20th of each month, and I give in my notice to vacate the property on lets say the 8th of the month for a one month notice period is there any change to the rent amount? Do I get a discount/refund after?

i.e as I won't be paying for the 8th - 20th do I get refunded on that? Or have I effectively forfeited the days available on rent paid in advance?

I've lived here so long I don't know if you pay rent in advance, or after. Sorry for the wasted thread but most of this board is just people too far invested in internet coin pyramid schemes.

Because an uneducated population is a prerequisite to having absurdly large amounts of centralized wealth which is increasingly acquired through unethical means. There is a point where it becomes rational, downright necessary, for those with substantial interests in the centralized wealth to begin dismantling or corrupting the educational system. To spoil things a bit more for you: the end goal of these elite powers is the discovery of biological immortality so they can rule in perpetuity. Everything is a means to that end and you, me, and 99.999% of the rest of us aren't necessary for that goal in their eyes. If they felt it was, the entire education system would be nothing but biology and physiology lectures along with anything deemed useful for human longevity sciences, but again, these people operate with a centralized mindset (to their detriment mind you). All of that research is being done by their people and their private organizations. You are just a variable that needs to be controlled and managed in the mean time.

When you understand how these people think, the reasons for everything you see around you become downright mundane. The people in power have interests that are not aligned with yours and so therefore, fuck you. Mortgage payments might be something you think about. Those people are post mortgage. You worry about the money in your bank account. Those people are post money. They are playing a game that requires you to get through 100 layers before you're even at their level. Your education is a liability to them, not an asset. Soon, your existence will be a liability to them as well and that is when the fun begins.

Here's the problem. George Soros, his peers, and their stupid fucking Open Society want a world without borders. Well, Russia and China in particular aren't on board with this. Israel isn't on board with it either but we don't criticize them for some reason... So it turns out when you have billions of dollars you can just buy up the entire political apparatus and get them to do anything you want, so in this case, Putin is a naughty naughty man because he doesn't want to turn his country into Blacked.com. This is a problem for the Open Society, so it's a problem for the U.S. government. The solution? Surround Putin and provoke him, then when he reacts, run the propaganda machine to paint him as the next Hitler (where have they run that strategy before???). It isn't even that complicated what these people are doing. It's basically slightly more advanced playground shit.

You think they'll ever let you do that? Modern society is structured to be a more acceptable form of slavery. They took concepts from the Milgram study and realized the vast majority of people can't connect cause, effect, accountability, and so on as long as you separate them by enough degrees. This is the whole premise of drone strikes and why it's so much easier psychologically to kill people with a button than it is to actually shoot them in person. You can't actually slap chains on everyone and call it slavery because one bad feedback loop and the entire system collapses. You can debate exactly when the country failed, but at the absolute latest the country failed in the global financial crisis. 9/11 is another event you could make the case for and you could go back even earlier than that and make the case for some events completely setting the trajectory and sealing the nation's fate, but bottom line is the country is dead. You're in a global economy. That means you need global awareness and global access. Guess why we're in a global economy? Because when you have a fuckload of money you need to go global and money concentrated enough that the only sensible opportunities to exploit left were global ones. Guess what happens when you have a fuckload more money from going global?

You have to go beyond global. Money concentrates into fewer and fewer hands and accessible opportunities vanish. This practically a physical law of money. It will concentrate to the point of absurdity given enough time unless acted upon by an outside force.

The opportunities that remain on this planet require excess capital and other resources to exploit. It's not going to get any better. You were born decades after the race started. When we start mining the moon, even if you knew 100% how to and you were fully prepared to do it, you're not the one that is going to have access to that opportunity and the only way we're going to bother doing something like that is if there are no meaningful projects left on Earth to exploit.

So you're ahead of most people, but it doesn't matter because there aren't any opportunities that will provide enormous returns that you have access to that someone with FAR more money, resources, etc. wouldn't capture and eliminate before you. You need a confluence of lucky factors in play to have a prayer.

Basically one of the minority ultra elites need to have a small piece of their meat fall off the table and it needs to be such a fuck up on their part and you just have to be in the right place at the right time that one of the other rats, dogs, slaves, whatever isn't there to scoop it up before you. Then you just have to pray the elites don't take you out back and shoot you for doing what they consider to be stealing their opportunity. None of the shit going on economically is just an accident. It's calibrated the way it is by design.

The problem is that slavery never ended, it just went dormant and then slowly crept back in to society bigger and badder than ever. They sort of did the same thing with the Holocaust. There's this historical highly emotional event or period of time that you basically deify and have a spotlight on 24/7 which allows you to get away with pretty much anything because you can always hold the event out in front of you like a shield and make the people calling you out feel bad. In the case of slavery, because people aren't getting whipped and because they have the technical freedom to quit their jobs, you're not a slave. Perfectly in consistent with them. All those technicalities.

But of course you're not a slave, because that's unethical and unethical things are bad when they aren't state or elite sanctioned. What happens though when a minority of people controls every institution and policy making organization and then calibrates everything in such a way that for every $5.00 you make it takes $6.00 to live and they loan you the extra $1.00? What happens if you manage to beat them at their game? Want a wife? They might not be able to get to you, but they can get to her, and through her, they can shatter you by 50%. Money in the markets? Let's seize the markets and move them as we see fit, which is generally to fuck over as many people other than us as possible. You get sick goy? Perfect, now we really have you.

This is why they hate crypto so much. It crept up right under their noses and they didn't even get so much as a taste of it. They also can't infiltrate it, manipulate it, and rig it like they do to literally every other system they get their hands on. They're trying though.
