First off, grain silos and oil tanks would be built en masse to store as much of the negative priced stuff as possible (or, hell, dumped on the ground if something magically has an infinite supply at negative dollars).

Next, they say the cure for high prices is high prices and, in this case, the cure for low prices is low prices. So new oil wells would stop being drilled, refiners would stop making gasoline or heating oil (possibly tilting towards other outputs for all that cheap oil), plans for copper mines would be shelved, etc. This would probably cause mass unemployment among oil workers and miners.

But that might not be a bad thing, because the negative basedbean and wheat prices imply a plunge in food demand. Along with negative lumber, that implies a lot fewer humans on earth. But unchanged precious metals and coal/steel/iron suggests those humans were not economically productive.
