How can I get good at starting a new job? What's the /biz/ redpill on starting a new job?

I'm about four weeks into a marketing job at a big corp, I'm getting great feedback from my manager and the people above them even though I don't feel like I'm doing much. I also need to set targets and stuff, but what targets can I set for a role where it isn't easy to measure output (e.g. hours billed, revenue generated etc.)?

Also how can I find a humble redhead gf? I moved cities for this job so I have no friends or gf.
