What do you guys think about the possibility of Vitalik actually implementing this some time in the future as an update to Etherium?

Alright /biz/, I have a strange situation that I could use some advice on; I deliver pizzas in Washington, close to the Oregon border. Initiative 1433 passed during November, and it stands to increase the minimum wage from 9.47 to 13,50 over a four year period. In addition to this, it is my belief that we're about to see a huge recession with Trump's policies. (I understand much of the board is pro-Trump, and may disagree with this, but rather than that, let's assume for the sake of my scenario that I'm right, and hope that I'm wrong.)

Now the implications as I see it are that jobs are going to be scarce, hours are going to be cut, and people are going to be stingy with tips due to the economic climate and the wage increase. However, I have a potential out; I have a connection that could likely land me an airport shuttle job across state lines in Portland, where initiative 1433 doesn't really matter. There would still be the impending recession, but business travel would still be a thing, and there would be zero wear and tear on my own vehicle aside from the short commute.

My intended plan as of now is to get a graveyard shift as an airport shuttle driver and keep my pizza job at relatively the same hours, unless something like that big recession hits and hours get cut there. (They only really give you part time, but I'm on the heavier end of part time, closer to 30 hours, and could reduce it to around 20 if I got a full time graveyard job.)

So the longwinded wall of text tl;dr's out into, does this seem like a good idea in preparation for a recession, or would I be better off keeping the spare time and trying to learn a more valuable skill? (I should also note that I'll have downtime at the graveyard airport shuttle job and would be able to sharpen skills during that time as well.) Thanks for any input you can offer /biz/.

How does one get a job that:

>Pays more than $8.00/hr
>Is full time so I get benefits
>Bonus: Not food or retail

Even factory jobs only pay around 11, and they generally want you to work 6 days a week working 6am to 6pm or some bullshit. What the fuck guys? I make $300-450 after taxes and insurance every 2 weeks. It fucking sucks and since I'm going to school now I find myself out of money instantly right after I get paid.

How the fuck?
