Europe is in another winter phase, it'll be at least 200 years before it enters spring.

1)Brown people will over run the hot areas (meditereanian/south), which they like to target (N. Africa after Rome fell).
2)Urban areas/fertile countryside become mix race. But due to economic pressures/social norms, folks don't have kids at replacement levels.
3)Whites DON'T get replaced in harsh frontier regions (mostly: high mountains, artic circle).
4)Govs become more pragmatic in the face of "real" problems (meaning less control over frontier areas, or less willingness to enforce rule the areas)
5)Militaries change from large formations to small bands with high mobility/shock power & few/no logistics (legion to knights), due to constant insurgent wars.
6)Govs start to depend on mercs and "frontiermen"(Varangians) for defence. Eveutally military tech decemintates to the frontier.
7)At this moment the frontier has more military power then most nations. Thus mass invastions and migrations begin anew, Europe enters a new "spring" era.
