1. Health care is actually more affordable with government regulations. Examlple: Nordic countries. Also, u.s. is the ONLY 1st world country that doesnt have universal healthcare, fucking retard rednecks.

2. Housing market? Okay, let's see. Rent control. Bitch, it DOES work. That's a 100% fact, BUT let me explain to you hillbillies.
It works in places already established. 100% fact and there is ZERO counter argument. It DOESNT work when you need new places built. Why? Rich faggot greedy landlords are the SOURCE for NEW buildings aka they will NOT build in cities with rent control.
In other words once carrying capacity has been reached, it DOES make perfect sense to implement rent control.
As for beforehand, possibly subsidies are needed instead of actual rent control.
Example of how it worked: There was a guy that would have needed to pay 10k a month for a unit if there was ZERO regulations. Instead, he paid 2k a month.
Another solution is to not allow people to be able to hoard property.
