This sounds likely. I mean Microsoft integration was already confiirmed with Baseline protocol, also Sergey said way back in a 2017 speech that he worked with microsoft on cryptlets, basically a white-labelled version of chainlink that they can use.

It's not about partnerships it's about usage/integration. Major companies (Microsoft, EY, AMD) are coming out and saying they will use chainlink oracles as part of their standard protocol. You don't "partner" with http lmao. Difference is the link token is required for requests/payments on the network.
