Literally feel like killing myself

I've just finished my first degree ion physics and while there realised I want to become a doctor. In the UK this is typically done at 18, I'I'm in my first year at 23 but cutting a year off the course meaning I'll be graduating 4 years "behind" everyone.

Feel like such a loser having always been BY FAR the most successful person growing up to behind most people, before graduation I was in the position to buy a nice house at 21 and expect I'd excelled career wise just like I excelled academically. I know i twill be worth it in the end but I am painfully aware most my friends will have bough houses and be well into their careers while I'm still at university studying a second fucking degree.
