If you had even the most rudimentary understanding of physics you wouldn't even bother to ask this question because you'd already know the answer, it's too fucking hard to turn one element into another. This energy cost will mean that even in the very far hypothetical future where this technology is cheap and efficient, it is highly unlikely that element synthesis will ever be a cheaper alternative than just mining it.
