Can someone recommend a uv mapper that isn't blender? I'd be willing to pay up to $200. I do NOT want to use blender, it's a fucking mess. Mac is preferred but I'll use windows if I have to.

Creating proper UVs is more than just putting seams in the right places. You have to unwrap different ways for different usage of the model. Also a huge part is the layout of the UVs and RizomUV have many very good tools to help you with that.

I'm asking what does the program do that's any different than what you could do in a normal 3d software.
