I'm more concerned about the quality of the picture rather than subject. Titties are the second or last thing to worry about imo, art station has a lot of potential to be an easy access place of hiring professional artists and help the "starving artist" issue today.
My idea sounds maybe too harsh, but I think that it would be best for a serious art gallery site like artstation should prioritize on putting low quality art at the bottom page, or even out right banned if the user keeps posting the same quality garbage for a certain period of time. It can encourage users to learn how to fucking draw too
